Empowering people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism for a brighter future.

A New Leaf began…..

in 1979 with one greenhouse, one job coach and two clients. Today, ANL proudly serves more than 500 clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), employs more than 280 staff, and operates six greenhouses, two permanent garden centers as well as two seasonal garden centers. With an estimated 29,000 people in the Tulsa metro with I/DD our work is far from over.

Dedicated to change.

“As I reflect on 2023, I continue to be amazed at what is accomplished when so many community members and partners link arms for a common goal. 2023 marked another year of incredible growth and accomplishment for A New Leaf and those we serve” - Mary C. Ogle, CEO of A New Leaf
